If you can’t get to me in person, we can work together through Zoom or whichever online platform you like. You can visit me once or occasionally in person and then check in online or we can work exclusively through the internet. I can guide you through a fluid movement meditation and/or yoga practice and/or we can break it down more workshop style. I also offer still meditation techniques and guided meditation sessions. Any of this can be a standalone practice and/or to help build and maintain a personal home practice you can continue on your own.
I also offer optional personalized photographic, video and audio documentation to give you a framework for your home practice so you don’t have to try and remember it all as we are developing it or as you practice on your own. You are always welcome to modify, add or vary from the practice, it just gives you a starting point. You are welcome to work with me once once or as often as you like.
