One-on-one private sessions give us the opportunity to cater the practice specifically to you. I am open to as much or as little information as you want to share to help us come up with a movement mediation and yoga practice that fits your needs. I can guide you through a fluid practice with as much guidance and hands-on assisting as you are comfortable with, including Thai and acro yoga if you like. Or we can break it down more workshop style to deepen awareness in your existing practice and potentially help you build and maintain a personal home practice. I also offer still meditation techniques and guided meditation sessions. Most sessions are a combination of these possibilities and we can decide as we go. I am available at your space or mine.
I also offer optional personalized photographic, video and audio documentation to give you a framework for your home practice so you don’t have to try and remember it all as we are developing it or as you practice on your own. You are always welcome to modify, add or vary from the practice, it just gives you a starting point. You are welcome to come once or as often as you like to continue our work together.
